Only at Marukai for a Limited Time!
Of the various qualities of beef in the world, 'wagyu' is one of the most famous and widely known. Ohmi Wagyu is created from Kuroge Wagyu; a breed of Japanese black hair cattle born and raised in the Shiga prefecture, near Kyoto. The ‘umami’ taste of ohmi wagyu is quite different from other meat – tenderly cut, with a marvelously fine, delicious, juicy taste and flavor. Premium wagyu features high-density unsaturated fatty acids that have a low fatty melting point, creating an extraordinarily soft texture and a meaty juiciness. Unsaturated fatty acids are a beneficial form of fat, and contain essential nutrients that promote the healthy function of key organs. Any other breed of beef, even if raised in the same way, could never create the same unique harmony of sweetness and tastiness to melt in your mouth. |
